Hi, I am Leslie Urbas 

I’m a Registered Dietitian, Personal Trainer, and Nervous System Expert with more than 16 years of experience... but most importantly, I’m a woman who has lived the same silent struggle so many of my clients carry.

For years, I pushed myself to be “healthy enough,” “strong enough,” and “successful enough.”
I studied harder, trained longer, and chased perfection, believing discipline and control were the keys to health.

But beneath that drive lived years of anxiety, worry, and self-doubt that I couldn’t outwork.
I didn’t know what my inner voice even sounded like.
I just kept pushing that is until my body finally screamed no more.

It came through infections, broken bones, weight gain, and deep disconnection.
I remember feeling like Kate Winslet in The Holiday  smiling on the outside while silently struggling inside.

That was my awakening moment. I realized I didn’t need another plan — I needed a way back home to myself.

Through the somatic and nervous-system tools I now teach, I learned to listen I mean it really listen  to my body’s language.


I discovered how to move anxiety in seconds, reclaim my voice, and reconnect with the woman beneath the performing.

The healing that followed was gentle, honest, and lasting. 

Today, I live with a body that feels like an partner nourished, strong, and at peace.

💃🏼 Month 6  Regulate Your Nervous System to ease anxiety, increase metabolism and restore healthy digestion.  Your nervous system controls how you digest, how fast you digest, and your stress.  If you are stressed your body will not digest food and will decrease your metabolism. Use these simple tools to  bring daily stress down to a minimum and speed up your metabolism and digestion so you can beat the bloat and drop belly fat fast.

💃🏼 Month 7  Dive Deep Into the Energy of Food Truly hear the silent whispers of your body. Be able to hear your inner voice  say “eat this, don't eat that.”  You truly are in control of your own health. Your body knows exactly what it needs and when it needs it but unfortunately you have had this personal intuition turned off.

💃🏼 Month 9 Rewire Your Brain. Through catered to you neuroscience. Shift how you talk to yourself. Rewire your brain and your subconscious and your body will shift and digest more readily and allow you to drop the weight fast.  Believe it or not, all those things your parents used to say and do are haunting you daily.  If you ever heard ice cream makes you fat (or whatever) you literally make yourself fat just by eating ice cream. Through rewiring and hypnosis you can return back to your normal thinking patterns and reverse years of added weight gain.
