a Registered Dietitian, Personal Trainer, and Nervous System Expert with 16+ years of experience. For years, I dedicated myself fully to my work—studying, training, and pushing every boundary to stay healthy and strong. Yet beneath that drive, I was battling a silent storm: years of anxiety, worry, doubt, and fear that I never quite knew how to tame.
I had no freaking clue what my inner voice sounded like. Instead, I pushed my body - relentlessly overworking it, following strict diets, and pushing my body beyond its limits. I thought that discipline and control were the keys to health. But my body told a very different story.
I ended up with a back infection, a cyst on my vocal cords, broken bones, weight gain, and an overwhelming sense of disconnection from my own body. I felt like I was living in a shell of who I truly was—like Kate Winslet in The Holiday - silently struggling inside while the world around her was celebrating.Â
It was in these moments that I realized I needed a different way—an inner approach that spoke to what my personal body needed.Â
Through the tools I now teach and embody, I learned to listen—really listen—to my body. I discovered how to move anxiety in seconds, reclaim my voice, and reconnect with my true self. The healing came from within. It was gentle, profound, and empowering.
Today, I maintain a healthy body, mind, and soul—not through restriction or endless effort, but through understanding, compassion, and deep somatic work. I now hear my inner voice clearly. I feel my body in a way I never did before. I am able to nurture myself from the inside out, and I radiate confidence, peace, and vitality.
