For years, I thought the answer was more discipline.

From the outside, I looked healthy, disciplined, and high-functioning.
But underneath, I was exhausted.
Exhausted from trying to earn health.

Exhausted from treating my body like a problem to solve.
Eventually my body started speaking louder than I could ignore through anxiety, broken bones, a spinal infection, exhaustion, and a complete disconnection from myself.

I'm also a Registered Dietitian, Personal Trainer, and Nervous System Educator, but more importantly, I understand what it feels like to know what to do and still feel stuck.
