What does this training include?

This less that 45 minute training will help you understand somatic work and use a basic formula of somatic work to move anxiety, stress, healthy anxiety, fear and worry in moments. 

 

The outcome is simple …. Use somatic work to release the unknown pieces inside your body that are keeping you stuck feeling not like yourself. 

 

This 45 minute zoom will provide you with a tool you can use over and over again to continue to release the trapped energy in your body that is keeping you stuck
