Module 1

Why Your Body Feels Different Right Now

Before you try to change anything, this section helps you understand what’s actually happening inside your body in midlife.

You’ll learn:

• why anxiety, sleep changes, digestion shifts, and overwhelm often show up together
• why pushing harder stops working the way it used to
• what doing-it-all mode does to your nervous system over time
• why your body isn’t failing — it’s responding

This alone helps many women feel relief for the first time.

Module 2

Quick Practices to Reconnect to Yourself in Minutes

These are short resets you can use during real moments in your day when your body feels tense, wired, or overloaded.

Most take less than five minutes.

Inside this section you’ll learn:

• how to release stress quickly when your body feels “on”
• how to shift buzzing or restless energy
• how to soften tension in your chest, stomach, jaw, and shoulders
• how to settle your system before sleep
• how to come back into your body when your mind won’t slow down

Module 3

Gently Unwinding Survival Mode

This section helps you recognize the deeper patterns underneath tension and overwhelm.

Instead of reacting to symptoms, you begin understanding what your body has been carrying.

You’ll learn:

• what survival mode actually feels like in the body
• why your system stays alert even when life looks “fine”
• how to begin unwinding that pattern gradually
• what daily somatic support can look like in real life

Module 4

Resetting Overwhelm and Coming Back to Yourself

When everything feels like too much, this section gives you a way back.

You’ll learn:

• what to do when your system feels flooded
• how to settle emotional overwhelm in real time

• how to reconnect when you don’t feel like yourself

Learning How to Hear What Your Body Is Telling You

You’ll learn simple body-feedback tools (including muscle testing) that help you:

• recognize what your body is saying yes to
• notice when something isn’t right for you
• make decisions with more clarity and less second-guessing
• stop relying only on outside plans or advice
